The Marvels film has been postponed, here's the new schedule

 Captain Marvel 2 aka The Marvels is the newest MCU film to be released this year. The film features the return of Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel who must struggle to deal with a new threat. But Captain Marvel will not fight alone, because he is also accompanied by several other characters.

It is not known exactly who the villain that appears. However, it is confirmed that actress Zawe Ashton will play the villain. The film will be directed by Nia DaCosta, the director who successfully worked on the first Captain Marvel film. Old actors such as Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, Teyonah Parris, and Iman Vellani will also be returning. But there is less wearing news related to this film.

Marvel Studios has officially announced that The Marvels film will be postponed again. Originally, this film was to be released on July 28, 2023. However, Marvel Studios again postponed the release of the film to November 10, 2023. It is not known exactly what made Marvel Studios move the release schedule for The Marvels for the third time.

Most likely, this delay comes as a result of Marvel Studios now further improving the quality of their projects after the MCU's Phase 4 was considered the worst. The most recent MCU film, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania also suffered a similar fate, where this film was considered a poor opening film.

This delay will give Marvel Studios a chance to make sure the film ends well. Moreover, the film features two superheroes in the MCU, namely Ms. Marvel and Monica Rambeau. Apart from technical problems, there may be other reasons that make Marvel Studios move the release schedule of The Marvels.

In July, there were many big films released namely Indiana Jones and Dial of Destiny, Mission Impossible – Dead Reckoning – Part 1, Barbie, and Oppenheimer. If Marvel Studios "stubbornly" releases the film in July, then the film will have to deal with these four big films. Meanwhile, in November, The Marvels may only face Dune: Part 2. Director Leaves, Dune Prequel Filming Postponed
